Degrees and Certifications:
Ms. Sarah Reed
I am a first year physical education teacher at Our Lady of Perpetual Help School. I am a proud OLPH, Garces, and Fresno Pacific Alumni. I received my B.A. in Kinesiology Exercise Science. Playing soccer growing up is where some of my fondest memories come from and which lead me to Fresno Pacific where I could continue playing as a collegiate athlete.
I hope to share my passion of sports and fitness to your children through the value of hard work and dedication. I am passionate that all students are special and possess a mixture of talent and skills. It is my mission to expose my students to a wide variety of activities, in order to encourage them, to discover and enhance these skills. As a result of my physical education class, my students will learn that physical fitness is crucial for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, not only now, but also for the rest of their lives.
As our student mission statement states, “Today, in all my actions, I will love others, serve God, and use my talents to the best of my ability.” I firmly believe that sports can teach students essential life long lessons by being exposed to an enriched filled environment of sportsmanship, integrity, and compassion.
